A step to Liberating your Soul...Sahar Gharachorloo

Have you ever done the extreme? Have you ever liberated your Soul?

Have you ever just closed your eyes and done the unknown?

When we indulge in any adventure sport we do the extreme, extreme of what at that moment in life we can think of and when we remember those moments we always cherish the memory, we always have a big smile, we still feel the adrenaline rush.
Many of us have found some ways of getting that excitement back, to let go the body or push it to its optimum level and the result is a great sense of achievement, great memories and we feel we have lived our life.
What about our Soul? Have we ever tried to go the extra mile to reach out to our Soul, to cherish what we have done for our soul or have we ever done anything to  nourish  our Soul? Some of you who are reading this maybe wondering what does that mean? How is our Soul different from us? The truth is the Soul is not different from us but is the forgotten, neglected version of us.
The soul where our true happiness can be attained through its nourishment is what we neglect the most because it does not speak , Our body shows discomfort with pain , injury etc and makes us understand that we need to pay attention to it , our mind is so loud that keeps us occupied with what should we buy next , which place we need to visit next , which school to get children to , the mind is so busy and loud planning the physical world all the time that it leaves us with very little time to listen to our soul , to understand our true purpose.

The soul on the other hand talks to us in silence; it is the loudest when the mind is the calmest. How beautiful would that be to devote some little time to the Soul too and balance our lives, it not only helps us in balancing our life but also it helps us know ourselves better , it helps us rejuvenate, it helps us to do the impossible. One of the ways you can observe and connect to your inner voice and your inner conscious is through meditation, it helps you liberate, it helps you calm down and look at the situations from a third angle, you would take more accurate measures to improve your life, you would be able to master your body and mind and in return the universe would reward you by putting you on the right track. Your intuition would become stronger, you would be more contented as when you do the right thing the entire universe comes together to ensure you achieve what you desire.
Just a few minutes of meditation a day would lead you to liberation.

We know who we are but we do not know what we can be ......We can become exactly what we want

Channelizing Sexual Energy......Sahar Gharachorloo( Pranic healer, Reiki Grandmaster, Law of Attraction Traner, Motivational speaker, Magnified healer, Dowsing and Crystal healing practioner, Card and Coffee reader)

One of the most powerful desires in human being is sexual desire, the desire to have sex is so powerful that in order to achieve it some people may risk dignity, reputation, relationships and even life itself. Taken away from its push, individuals deeply develop their imagination, courage, will power, persistence and creativity in a much superior way than in normal circumstances.
According to many elaborated psychoanalytical studies from the time of Sigmund Freud till date it has been proved and established that thsi powerful sexual energy can be channelized to other paths, while still maintaining its attributes. A soundly trained mind can divert sexual energy to achievements in social, artistic and professional fields.
The transmutation of sexual energy undoubtedly requires a lot of will power, but compensation is worth . The desire for sexual activity is innate and natural. it can neither be suppressed nor eliminated , however it can be practiced to to be expressed in other forms and through channels that enriches the mind, body and spirit.

Ego Vs.Love...Sahar Gharachorloo( Motivational Speaker, Law of attraction trainer, Reiki Grandmaster, Pranic Healer, Magnified healer, Crystal & Dowsing healing practioner, Card & Coffee reader)

We often hold on to relationships for the wrong reasons,  not only that, we even hold on to a people who have left us or cheated on us in someway and for some very wrong reasons not because we still love them or we are afraid of being alone again but because we can't let go of our ego and accept that we have been rejected. There are people who move on to another relationships and still can not let go of their ex, clearly it is no more about love and being afraid of loosing the person but because of hurt ego and a sense of rejection.
If we are not letting go because of the wrong reasons we are hurting ourselves and actually adding to the agony , we would be unable to enjoy the new relationship we are in and we are just adding to the pain without the actual cause , basically we are then cheating ourselves.
Being hurt by someone we loved or being cheated and rejected is in itself a painful experience but when we add to that pain because of our ego we are just increasing the pain and spoiling the future for false reasons. It is better to let go and start afresh and be with someone who truly wants to be with us and values and appreciates who we are. And anyways the best remedy for any emotional pain is forgiveness...

Awakening

When we are waking up to ourselves and the world around us, it is expected that we will lose some friends along the way. As we grow and transform we become more aware of those we choose to associate ourselves with. We may begin to recognize why and how we attracted certain people into our lives, which then grants us the power to make necessary changes. Your path is just that, it is yours; others have their own and may appear to be walking in a different direction, but in the end we all arrive at the same place no matter the route travelled.

Not every soul is here to experience a total spiritual awakening in this life, and just as you wish your life path to be respected by others, it is important to respect and let others walk their own unique soul path. Trust that we are all right where we need to be, learning the lessons that we need to learn to grow, and ultimately remember who we really are. Wish passers-by well, help others up who have fallen and remember that it is in the journey, not the destination.
